BILLING OPTIONS

Hourly Rates

            The hourly rates our lawyers are charged at $300.00 per hour.  Included in these rates are the services provided by our assistants and staff members to the lawyers in order that they may provide you with legal service.  Certain matters may be billed on a fixed tariff basis or we also offer percentage of recovery charges on certain files.

Percentage of Recovery Charges

           Certain matters are appropriate for billing on a percentage of recovery basis.  These matters contemplate that the fees payable will be based upon an agreed upon percentage of the amount recovered on behalf of the client.  If there is no recovery then there are no fees charged.  Clients may however still be responsible for covering Court charges and other disbursements incurred. We would be pleased to discuss whether this type of fee structure may be appropriate for your matter.

           Milne Pritchard Law Office reserves the right to change any of the billing and tariff rates from time to time without notice.  Actual rates to be charged should be confirmed with the firm at the time the laywer is retained.
