Bruce has practiced since 1978 in the areas of corporate law, commercial law, real estate law and estate law.  His current practice focus is in the areas of raising capital through prospectus exemptions and commercial financing for small and medium businesses.

1. Past president of Lethbridge Bar Association
2. Served on the Lethbridge Community College Continuing Legal Education Advisory Committee for 10 years
3. Provided pro bono legal services to a number of non-profit organizations
4. Delivered public legal education seminars
